MARTIN
FILL took part of the classical running races in
Kitzbühl - Austria, the Lauberhorn in Wengen - Swiss,and
the Tre-Tre race in Madonna di Campiglio -Italy. 1962-63 he
was at the 7. Place of the FIS-world list.
He drove
to the World Championships in Chamonix at 1962 and in 1964
he participated at the Olympic Games in Innsbruck at the age
of 25. Its competitors were Karl Schranz, Anderl Molterer,
Ernst Hinterseer, Luggi Leitner, Willi Bogner, Jean Claude
Killy, etc..
After
the conclusion of his running career he was the national coach
for the new generation runners. Nowadays he is active as a
successful ski teacher in the ski school Alpe di Siusi.
